If your duck places, you'll receive a prize: $500 (first), $250 (second), $150 (third), $100 (fourth), and $50 (last).

*Tickets can also be purchased in-person from any board member or at Captina Conservancy's office (998 Shamrock Dr, Barnesville, Ohio), or at the Flower Gardens of Barnesville, 242 S. Gardner St.
The cost is $10 per duck or three ducks for $25. You'll also have the chance to give your duck its own unique name- Lucky Duck, Speedy McDuck, Duck and Cover... use your imagination! This will be a no-duck-left-behind event. Our volunteer sweeper crew will follow the ducks to ensure no impacts are left on beautiful Captina Creek. All proceeds from this event benefit Captina Conservancy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to promote, protect, and preserve Captina Creek and other regional watersheds.

Join us at 12 PM on Sunday, August 3 at our property at Bend Fork and Captina Creek. To get to the race, take State Route 148 to Township Road 114/Steele Road, just west of Armstrong Mills. Head north on Steele Road until you hit the creek! GPS location is: 39.916433, -80.962121.
